Return & Refund

Please be noted: The return address is not the 'ship from' address of the package you received. We reserve the right to waive liability if you return the package to the 'ship from' address.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We accept returns on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low-quality item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers' mistakes on shipping address or customers' unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers' living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund.  If your order contains multiple items, we will ONLY refund for the defective part, not the whole order. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@weasts.com

Customer photo review of Personalized Photo Birthstone Custom Ring

I’ve ordered one like this before I don’t remember where but it didn’t come out anything like yours did. Yours came out where I can actually see the picture and enjoy the ring. Thank you for what you do.

I bought three of these rings one for myself and the other two for both of my sisters. Our mother passed away June 30 of 2026, so I thought it would be neat to buy us all a ring like this and put the pictures we have with our mother on them which it came out great it was a big hit. They are beautiful absolutely gorgeous really really like this. We all loved it. Both my sisters loved it. They couldn’t thank me enough thank you to this company. Great job. Best regards, Lisa Steele thank you.

I get lots of compliments on my ring. The only thing I would have changed is the black back ground to a white color to make picture pop more.
